A rabbit and lizard lie down in a field and stare at the night sky. RABBIT: I think stars are shy little PIXIES that only come out at night and flutter around.
LIZARD: Th- they're actually enormous, constantly exploding balls of gas and unimaginably hot plasma.
LIZARD: You and I are here because t- tiny particles shot out of these immense furnaces over thirteen billion years ago, colliding across the vast expanse of empty space.
RABBIT: The pixie thing is so much more believable.

Sunsets

RABBIT: I wonder if the sun sets just to make the sky beautiful.
SUN (thinking): Yeah...
SUN (thinking): Sometimes that's why...
SUN (thinking): But mostly it's just so I can have a dang minute to myself...

Masterpiece

THE SUN (thinking): Well, look, that's very nice of them to say. But it's just purple, red, orange, rinse, repeat, every dang time.
THE SUN (thinking): To be honest, I'm just sort of "playing the hits" at this point.
THE SUN (thinking): But, you know, it puts button seats!
